As a Holistic Health Coach, I focus on diet and lifestyle changes to improve my client's health. Working as a guide towards an overall healthier lifestyle, I look at nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, mindset and more.
Move Your Body
Exercise is for EVERYBODY. You do not need to do intense HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts 7 days a week to reap the benefits of moving your body. There is something out there for everyone! Not only will moving your body for just 30 mins a day improve your balance, stability, and coordination by strengthening your muscles, but it also reduces your risks of disease, improves mental health, heart health, lungs and so much more!
