Join us for a 4 week Baby & Me Bootcamp. Where Mama's(or caregivers) can workout while bonding with babes within the comfort of your own home. Classes are low-impact full-body strength and cardio workouts to help strengthen your body, increase your energy levels, improve your moods, and (if baby lets you) help you sleep better! Whether baby joins in the fun for some extra bonding time, playing happily beside you, or even napping peacefully while Mommy enjoys some much need self-care time! Motherhood is busy, and let's face it, hard! It can also feel lonely at times. Finding time for ourselves may seem non-existent, but self-care is extremely important for us to show up our best for ourselves and our families. YOU are important too Mama! Building strength & confidence with accountability, motivation, and fun! Bootcamp Includes: - 2 LIVE 45min classes per week: 8 total (30min workout with 15min optional group chat) - Fun fitness challenges to keep you moving between classes - Nutritional & mindset challenges to help optimize your bootcamp - End of bootcamp prize draw! All participants will also gain access to our judgment-free private Facebook Group to connect with each other for extra support. This page will also include professional motivation, accountability and tips on healthy living (fitness, nutrition & mindset) for Mommy & Baby!
