Baby & Me Bootcamp (Virtual) 

Join Jace & I for a fun Mommy & Me workout class! 
This class is virtual, so no need to pack up baby, & all the things, to get out of the house. Just roll out your yoga mat, grab a few things for baby, water, & follow along! 


Classes are great full-body workouts to help strengthen your body, increase your energy levels, improve your moods,  and (if baby lets you     ) help you sleep better.

Baby can be set up to play, stare & giggle beside you, they can be incorporated into the exercises to increase bonding, or even sleeping sounds while Mommy gets some self-care time 

Group Fitness Classes 


Fitness for Everyone! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, these classes are for you. Offering different levels and modifications for every exercise. 
Most classes will be a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) based strength workout. HIIT will help you crush your goals; whether you are looking shred fat, gain strength, improve energy, sleep and overall health, or just have fun and join a like-minded community! 

We will get you motivated, teach proper form and most of all, have fun!

Bootcamps (Coming Soon)

Joining a bootcamp can be a great way to get a wide variety of different exercises and types of training. You will often get a full-body and cardio workout in each one hour session. Bootcamps help you stay motivated and inspired by exercising with a group of like-minded people. They give you a sense on community, accountability and friendships. 
Bootcamp's provide structure, insure proper forms, and most of all, FUN! All you have to do is show up! 
The world is doing things a little different right now, virtual Bootcamp's have become a priority, and something that Wellness Ninjas are working towards offering in the near future. When it's safe to do so, we will also be offering in person, indoor and outdoor Bootcamps as well!
